Since 2013 Cinisela has been building a leading private school in Nhlangano the Southern part of Swaziland. He started the school with just one teacher and eight kindergarten learners in October 2013 and has grown the school to over 270 kindergarten learners and 420 primary school learners, 32 staff members and other assets such as 4 hectares of land, fully built schools and other facilities.
The school has also reached the high school status where there is an additional 22 staff and more than 260 learners.
Before starting the school project Cinisela has worked as a CEO for a local government, Regional Programs Officer for an Intergovernmental organisation amongst other sectors. His passion for education is rooted in the love for young people, ability to teach people across age groups and earnest desire for a better society.
Cinisela Dlamini is an ordained pastor of Evangelical Church in Swaziland and he currently serves the church in Nhlangano
